Dennis Rauscher

Dennis Rauscher is the CEO, co-founder and managing partner of Argus Interception GmbH. He is responsible for strategic orientation, corporate development and external representation with the armed forces, authorities, critical infrastructure operators, industry partners, and political and institutional stakeholders. One focus of his work is the establishment of a scalable organisation for cutting-edge security-related ‘Made in Germany’ technology, with clear standards for responsible action, reliability and sustainable growth.

Dennis brings many years of experience as an army officer and company commander to his role, along with expertise gained from senior positions in the defence industry. As a former CEO and CFO of a Rheinmetall subsidiary, he combines an understanding of military leadership with corporate responsibility and practical implementation.

Dennis is a proponent of clear, value-based management and a team culture based on partnership. He firmly believes that excellence comes from a motivated team that works with responsibility, dedication and passion towards a common goal – with the aim of further expanding ARGUS Interception as a technological pioneer of net-based, minimally invasive C-UAS interception systems.
