Compliance at Argus Interception
Our commitment to ethical business practice
ARGUS Interception develops and manufactures the A1-Falke® net interception drone, a non-kinetic, net-based interception system for controlled, responsible counter-UAS operations, especially in situations where kinetic options are not acceptable.
We, Argus Interception GmbH, undertake to conduct our business activities in a manner that is lawful, ethical and responsible at all times. Integrity, transparency, responsibility and fairness are the basis of our actions. They shape every decision and lay the foundation for long-term success. For us, compliance is more than just adhering to the law; it is an expression of our ethos. We deliberately refrain from doing business if it is not compatible with our principles.
We attach great importance to a working environment in which compliance issues can be discussed openly. It creates the framework for responsible conduct and protects our company in the long term.
Our commitment: we act in accordance with the law, responsibly and with foresight. To this end, we rely on a robust compliance management system (CMS) that identifies risks at an early stage and provides clear guidelines. Our approach goes beyond a mere set of rules, because a system that is put into practice creates trust – amongst our customers, partners and employees.
The key compliance risk areas
that we monitor closely are:
Corruption and bribery
Zero tolerance of unfair advantages
Antitrust law and competition violations
Fair competition as a basic principle
Fraud (deception and misrepresentation)
Protection against economic losses
Foreign trade law
Integrity in our business activities
Anti-money laundering law
Prevention and transparency in financial flows
Data protection and IT security
Protection of sensitive information
These risk areas are firmly anchored in our CMS and are regularly reviewed to take account of new legal requirements and regulatory developments. In addition, the effectiveness of our CMS is continuously assessed and, where necessary, adapted to changes in the regulatory framework.
Our binding standards are set out in our Code of Conduct and the Business Partner Code of Conduct:
Both documents are part of our CMS and can be downloaded here:
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct defines clear principles for legally compliant and responsible conduct within the company – from anti-corruption to data protection.
Business Partner Code of Conduct
The Business Partner Code of Conduct sets out binding requirements for our business partners and the entire supply chain – for transparency, sustainability and integrity.
Whistleblower system – safe and confidential reporting
Integrity thrives on openness. Argus offers a secure way to report compliance violations – 24 hours a day, either anonymously or by name. All reports are treated in strict confidence.
We have a zero-tolerance strategy when it comes to breaches of the law and regulations, as well as any form of discrimination against whistleblowers. Our whistleblower system not only serves to report, but also to investigate, sanction and prevent compliance violations. The aim is to identify risks at an early stage and to ensure that whistleblowers are fully protected.
